No HP Hack is initial so it increases your overall HP

 

So it will be filled after u do some quests. 

 

Originally if you are low level you have like 117 HP but if u increase it to like 999999

 

it will look empty in the bar but go to the avatar where everything is located and it will look like this

 

117/9999999
