Help/Support Need help with uninstalling something from Cydia (iOS 8.4)

Soo i got this GamePlayer thing installed on my iPad.. I installed it like a year ago or something, and i still have it, but never used it.. So i now wanted to remove it from my device. When i go into Cydia and search for it, it doesn't show up. Usually when you search after something that you have on your device it would have shown up and with a green mark to the right that shows you have it installed. But for gamePlayer i have installed it doesn't..  Any help?

Is the icon on your home screen? Maybe you should look for a Chinese name?

Yes i have it on my home screen. What you mean with Chinese name?

go to your installed tabs and remove it from there... or search it the way its exactly written on your home screen (if its on ur home screen ^@@DiDA)

 

if still having trouble... break your phone ... JK

 

go to IFILE or FILZA or any file browser of ur choice

 

and delete the entire gameguardian file from there ;) ;)

he means if the name of the app on your home screen is written in chinese letters

Try looking through your whole tweaks list. It might not be under the name "GamePlayer".

download and install CyDelet8 froum cydia and than remove game player froum home screen

The name of the app is GamePlayer, as i remember when i installed it it had GamePlayer name.

 

Try looking through your whole tweaks list. It might not be under the name "GamePlayer".

Like i said, use ifile to browse it in your tweaks folder, and delete it from there... (I dont know where the tweaks folder is located, but there is one, u can ask someone else like @DiDA (He's a walking IOS wiki))

for reomve data file you must go to : var/mobile/library/caches

and remove file : com.luomao.gameplayer
