Help/Support Cydia apps and tweaks on PC

Is there any way of downloading cydia apps/tweaks using a pc ?

I don't have wifi at the moment and i'm using a broadband stick

 

i'm trying to get my hands on

GNU C Compiler

if anyone knows has a link to download the deb for it, i'd be so grateful

Fortunately for you, mate, there is. There's this software called Cyder 2. It's available for Windows (dunno if it is for Mac) you can download packages from there. I'll attach a link.

There is a common error though, 

 

“the procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll” 

It's when it fails to detect an iDevice.
