If you deleted and reinstalled the game and the mod doesn't appear in settings try restarting your phone (may or may not fix the issue)

So the process is go to cydia and remove the hack, this should also respring your device, you may need to uninstall Dokkan ( I did not need to do this). Finally just download the hack again, I personally used the deb file that I already had in my documents on iFile.

So to sum it up:

Cydia -> Installed -> Recent -> Find Dragonball -> Click on it and press remove -> Restart/Respring your iDevice -> Download hack again

I tried it out exactly like you explained it and I can confirm that for me it's NOT working. I'll wait for an update then.

You literally just need to update the app in the app store, go into ifile find the most recent hack update (3.0.1) and click it and re-install it cydia will springboard and bam Game works fine... Farmed frieza with it already to 777 (only issue i have run into is the health bars of enemy is missing the border little cosmetic fixes that will be fixed when Zahir or dida etc update the hackk however general gameplay still working fine with all hacks working fine.
