Help/Support Can't start up NIC in mobile terminal

[FrazilSilver 666 iPad Air 8.3.0]

I log in as root

And I checked the existence of the file using echo $THEOS/bin/nic.pl and using iFile

And it's there

 

But when I run the command

$THEOS/bin/nic.pl and /var/theos/bin/nic.pl

I get the error "No such file or directory" or "/var/theos/bin/nic.pl: /usr/bin/perl: bad interpreter: No such file or directory"

 

Anyone know how to get around this ? I've tried copying nic.pl into another directory and opening it from there but I still get the same error

I have set the permissions to read, write and execute

I'm sure that I did, I've tried downgrading theos to several versions, still no prevail

Yes, I have Perl and iOS toolchain

 

I also have iOS SDK and have extracted it in /var/theos/sdks

 

Everything is set up and I have everything

I just can't start up nic.pl for some reason

got it, somehow the system is looking for perl in /usr/bin/ but it's located in /usr/local/bin

Copied perl and pasted it into /usr/bin/

nic.pl can be found now and the command works.

Anyways for future members who get the same error

 

Just copy Perl from /usr/local/bin

And paste into /usr/bin
