Help/Support Cydia Substrate and hack issue

So i've been trying to get the hack for dbz dokkan battle, 2.4.2 to work by ZahirSher and DIDA (thank you btw) but i've been having issues when trying to downgrade to cydia substrate version 9.6101 in order to use it. As i attempted to downgrade it just crashes my device and gets it into a bootloop.. Solutions? Please and thank you.

I think I'm able to update it so you don't have to downgrade anymore.

As soon as you downgrade it, it immediately sends you the reboot screen? Make sure to downgrade twice.

Right when i downgrade it makes everything crash, so for say if try going into cydia and or a regular app it instantly crashes out. Thus forcing me into a reboot.

Downgrade it two times. That should work.

So i tried it, to no avail. It did the same thing as i desrcribed. Maybe i'm doing something wrong? If i am i'd honestly have no idea as i looked up similar problems before i posted.

Of course, when i go for a downgrade, i go on cydia then i head over to cydia substrate > modify > downgrade > then i select 9.6101

From there it goes through fine, i do it again, same results, no errors then it's when i exit everything decideds not to work And crash.
