You could of corrupted your hdd drive by shutting down incorrectly try refreshing

I've already tried refreshing the laptop but wont work

just reinstall it using usb with pre-installed windows 10 and choose to fix your pc if didnt work do clean install (also you could recover your files in pc by using this method)

Okay. I'm going to tell you how to fix your laptop. But you need to listen. Get a couple hundred dollars. Take your laptop to goodwill. Leave it there. Go to the mall. Buy a new one. Problem solved
