OK SO I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED THE /BIN FILE IN FILE AND  it made my phone spazed  out so i decided to do a hard restart but then it wont get past the apple boot logo screen please help me fix this or if not just to get my data from it

Did you empty your trash? If not the file(s) you deleted will go there. Simply connect your phone to a pc, use ifunbox to get into your trash can and just copy and paste the \bin file where it should go. (y)

What are people thinking when they go around deleting system files & folders?

Put your phone into DFU mode and attempt to connect like that if that doesn't work it looks like you will have to either do a full iOS upgrade

PS: YOUR STUPID sorry to be so blunt but it's true there's no way you should of even remotely deleted that folder

why would you delete /bin

it has date, launchctl, and other things that your device depends in order to boot

sorry but I think you are 100% screwed and you will be lucky if you are able to actually restore

---

edit: I actually think not having date is not making your device boot. Like the 1970 glitch I think it returns some crazy negative number because it cant find the file
