Help/Support Cant post on requests

Hello, I made an account yesterday in hopes of finding a hack to a game. I went to the request forum and it says that I can not start a new topic. Is this because I am new? How long do I have to be a member or what are the requirements for posting in that specific forum? Thanks

If you visit the Hack Requests section, you can see red and bold text saying "You need at least 3 posts to be able to make a request topic."
