Help/Support iphone 5 home app blank.

1. Turned off the phone

2. waited for a minute and turned on.

3. Logged out to apple id from settings>General>apps>logout apple id

4. Logged in again

got the issue as 'itunes could not connect...'

5. Tried few more times.

6.. finaly logged in.

7. Minimized Appstore by double pressing home button and dragged app store to down.

8. Clicked on App store

9. Issue resolved. Able to see search bar, categories and all.

 

he can't use his apps, its just  blank

third step, my iphone doesn't have settings it blank item in app home. everything app gone.

 

bro use the third method you don't need your apps for this

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to iTunes & App Store Section.
3. Tap on Apple ID.
4. Click the sign out option.
5. Open the App Store.
6. Wait a few seconds for content load.
7. Go to the purchases section and Sign in.

8. Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to update the apps again. If you get an error message, go back to the settings. Correct the date and time (set automatically) then go back and try to update the apps again.

   Settings>Privacy>Location Services>System Services (swipe to the bottom of the page to find this)>Location Based iAds>Off.

nope don't work volume up + home + top power = hold it till go back to normal mode

how do you fix this blank app? everything gone.

i did hold power + home factory reset nothing still blank.

edit* all my app item are gone. can't open settings. itune, appstore etc.

Well, before you go ahead and reset and all, try seeing if iTunes recognizes the phone. If it does, try looking to see if your apps are still there. Also, can you still access camera, controlcenter, and notification center from the lockscreen?

You can enter recovery mode using RecBoot or ReiBoot, This is a software that puts you in recovery mode and that should fix everything.
