Help/Support Kendall and Kylie Save Game hack by ZahirSher help?

Hi, I'm trying to do the Kendall and Kylie save game hack by ZahirSher (https://iosgods.com/topic/23990-kendall-and-kylie-3-all-versions/page-1) but I can't get it to work. When I click the download link it takes me to https://uploadex.com/qec02xfw42su and it had me download Setup__15895_i1872573169_il45. When I tried again it went to the uploadex site, and when I pressed download it took me to http://www.flashuniversebyte.com/c?x=FeNjTUq50YLqb9wz2FL4SyGm%2BGWQDr3aAck10nY536I%3D&c=3VoIoaRXc20fSvhn9aDE75tUzi6dOiRUnbbCVohkDSh16RIFSexDnODyTjIlzkWwz8PXrT1E6iwvnGZlBFm663JhRcHLlFuhJeX9wrlkG6CacQo3rJb6dMZbo0NzL2mv44OFjklMuSTM8k8dqQCTlA%3D%3D&downloadAs=Setup.exe&fallback_url=http%3A%2F%2Fminhaspromocoes.com%2Fapi%2Fdw.php%3Fu%3D%26n%3DU2V0dXA%3D and it had me download a setup application. I unzipped it with 7zip and got an exe.exe application. I followed the install instructions as per http://iosgods.com/topic/9651-how-to-installapply-hacks-posted-in-this-section-if-youre-on-ios-83-84-90/ with iBackupbot and none of them worked. I was wondering if any of those was the right file or what I could be doing wrong? (I have an iPhone 5s with iOS 9.2.1)

Just click the "Download Now" on bottom it would lead you to the real file. But i won't work just saying it would lead you to "Loading Save Data" on the app itself. Good luck thou. Notify me if ever you made it work. Thanks
