Help/Support Hello. How do i spy on my sister?

Ok so i have a laptop. I barely ever use it because i have an iphone 6 plus and i watch all my shows and movies on there.

But my sister uses it for college stuff. I wanna know what she does on it sometimes. Who does she talk to? Does she watch pron?

 

So what i wanna know, how can i remotely view what she is doing? Or maybe download something which logs all of her activities?
