Help/Support Rear camera and flashlight not working

Hello,

I would like to know why my rear camera and my flashlight are not working on iPhone 5s

 

2days ago I changed my front LCD and everything was working perfectly.

 

After 1 day I started to see a black screen on my rear camera and the front one was acting strange so,

 

I restored my iPhone 5S,

I shut it off and tried to push where the camera and flashlight,

I tried to enable the restrictions, but nothing really worked.

I then saw in Privacy> Diagnostics & Usage the data and I found this;

is my camera and flashlight dead or is it just a crash that can be fixed with a software or something? Thank you

Hey there!

 

Back when I had an iPhone 5s I messed up the LCD and went to go get it fixed. When I got it back I had the same problem as you. My rear camera and flashlight stopped working. I never took it back to get it fixed, now to answer your question idk why that happens but looks like you need to go get it fixed
