No, it does not work! The point is to play without online tasks and in general, writes, when you roll back to 1.31 that your city cannot load in the current version, update the application. If you start from the very beginning, from the first level, it works, you can ... but this is not a solution to the problems, I think, for many people. I completely agree. This is correct. I Just saw that it was working until I wanted my level 99 and 10million population back. Hopefully there is a fix soon! We just have to wait until then.
