    Yup But its not showing for me :( so what ?

    go-to: appleid.apple.com - click manage account - login - click the password/security button.

    now set a RESCUE EMAIL! it cannot be the same as your primary appleid one.

    verify your email by following all necessary steps then reset your security questions using the email.

    (i forgot the exact steps) then you can buy apps and **** again. it will say you need to confirm info again, this time it brought me to appleid.apple.com, so i logged in and changed my questions and answers to what i set them to just before then saved. log out then try to buy again, this time it should bring up what everyone is used to, the two questions that we forgot (now we know because we reset them).. enter new answers and your good to go.
