Help/Support SSH over USB for mac

As what the title just said. My wifi is bit slow when I do SSH with wifi IP. So I heard about SSH through USB and not wifi. I googled about it, but I think that they are outdated or something. And I want a guide on it also

We used usbmuxd on Mac with Python.
