I have iOS 8.3 but this app requires me to have iOS 9

And that's not happening until there's a jailbreak for the latest firmware..

I cant downgrade since there is only one firmware of the app, and that only supports ios 9.0... I'm pretty sure I would be able to run that app on my ipad if I had the .ipa

But  its fine, I can wait till they add it to appcake or tongbu or something  ​
