I have ios 9.0.2, same version of substrate but the game crash when i start the app. Did you used iFile to transfer the deb?

The game somehow detect if you use a skill that has 15 secs cool down .. And you use it before the 15 secs finish it auto revert you back to lobby with no exp / rewards after you clear the stage ..

 

So another meaning no point to turn on no cool down if you're not allow to spam lol..
