Compatible with iOS 8 and 9

 

DeleteCut allow you to enter delete backward word mode while holding Shift-key

 

Hidden Content

Open Cydia and search DeleteCut . Install the tweak and respring your device.

 

Once your device is back on, DeleteCut will be installed and ready to go; there is no need to adjust any settings in the Settings App. The default, and currently only option, is Shift + Delete, to remove the entire word. When you hold the shift key, you’ll see that the delete key turns red. This means that DeleteCut is active and if you tap on the delete key (while still holding shift) the words you have typed can be deleted.
