This often happens when you try to replace a character who has an equipment card equipped, i mean i f you try to have Inj. Raiden replacing a Silver Character who has Shinnoks Amulet (for example) equipped, the game will crash, you need to use for a replacement a clean character wich doesn't have any equipment card, i was having the same problem with Inj. Raiden but i used a bronze character (ONI) to replace him and it worked for me

I'm using iPhone 6S iOS 10.2 Yalu Jailbreak with paid iGG and at least the character codes listed above works fine to me...

hey guys, can anyone kindly help me or provide guidance on how I should deal with this? 
I'm on Android 7 .. my game crashes when I try to view collection , change champion, or go to team 3 in case I wanted to fight
I did not do any character code hacks on this account , except for fusing shao khan to IV*(by increasing my soul shards)* , back when relic hunt was on , but I had more shards to fuse up again
I don't remember what Kards i have on team 3 either .. 

tried the following : 
clear data and log in again (after tutorial)
purchasing some kards from market 
buying an elite pack

.. I think this happened first when I clicked Change champion ( was set to shao khan)

this is weird, this happens when you enter an incorrect character code when you try to replace it with another character....

you need to buy the character which you used as replacement in order to get Shao Khan.
