I can’t login to my instagram account because I made a typo in the email I used to register. Now instagram is making me change my password but I can’t receive the email to do so. Is it possible you can link my instagram account to my Facebook so I can change the password there or remove the typo i used to make my instagram account?

Ive tried so many times. I filed so many reports to instagram they haven't replied and its been 5 months. There service is so bad. Also there is no gmail support service that can fix this according to them.
