it says does not recognize graphic card im using virtual box btw

it's not only you because bluestacks isn't compatible with virtual box , the graphics card thing is a common issue, tough luck bud , you need a pc running windows purely or you need a rooted android , those are your only alternatives , however just check these videos out and try out your luck
