does it add items ? or freeze items ? should i start a new game ?

It freezes the items as resources not items that can use instantly like can foods or bandages.

 

After turned on the hack, respring and go to the game. Try create something and the items that used to create the new item should not go down.

 

Best one would be cooking from the stove since you can see if the raw meats go down or not.

Instantly crashes app when I try to open it.

And yes I respringed and rebooted multiple times so don't even bring that up.
