This is the error I get:

Make a new line in your Version: 1.3.8. Move it under the Section.

You need to edit the control next to your Tweak.xm.

Still same error

 

You need to edit the control file next to your Tweak.xm and not the one in /_/DEBIAN/control.

 

Then re-compile once you edit.
