do you get a banner popping up not letting you into the game ? 

No speed limit not working when play event or challengen

it does work just make sure your nitro stats is maxed out for that car cos it makes it go back to normal when you max out nitro stats. read note in beginning of post. 

How come coin hack doesn't work? Do I need to be on ipa version of the game?

yeah you have to have same version of the game v2.2.1

Don't use commas. Simple add "8500".
