Reopen the game until they go away?

Every time I launch the game and try to move away from the main screen it just overlays the translucent ad background. It doesn't matter how many times I re-open or re-launch the app, I can't tap anything.

I want to know if there is a proper solution, seeing as the hack is what's causing it.
