G'day Everyone,

I recently bought the full version of Display Recorder and it still didn't work (worked like the cracked one) do i was wondering if there was a way to completely erase an app to see if it works, uninstalling it from cydia just gets rid of it but keeps all the files there. I need a fresh install to see if it works (preferably without resetting my device)

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

How do you know there are leftover files?

Well all my recordings are saved in there as well as my settings so i presume that there are backups or leftover files that keep it that way

To remove your settings, go to:

/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/ and find the DisplayRecorder files there.

To remove recordings, go to: /var/mobile/Library/Keyboard/DisplayRecorder/

In I cleaner pro there is a button to the far left at the bottom it looks like this "+" then go to preference files:

Or you could browse for the files in a file manager and delete them

I already did that. Also i went to go reboot my iPad and it came up with the record option so i have to hold the off button every time i want to record :/ they made it very confusing as i used to swipe the side of my screen to get it to pop up
