Help/Support Purchase in us store

[MetaBoy 12 iPad Air 2 9.1.3]

HI guys ,

 

Today , i ve been trying to dowmload HBO now from us store but then appstore said "your account is not supported for us store go back to french store "

 

Then dida suggest to creat another account .

 

So i turned of "locate my ipad" ,and i changed as well "country setting " from my ipad in usa , witch lead me to respring . Then i created an new account based in usa , but ... Im still unable to download in us store .

 

This screen shows payement location : usa

But delivery location still in france for some reason ...

 

Any suggestion?

Try to create an account with iTunes?

In AppStore, scroll all the way down in the "featured" section.

 

Click on your Apple ID > View Apple ID >  Country/Region > Change Country or Region > Select USA > Click Next (bottom right corner) > Agree > Change City to 12345 > Change Zip to 123456789 > Change State to NY - New York - Click Next (bottom right corner).

But then it asked me for payement information . And my credit card is getting refused

Select "none"

I used an old email based ending with "hotmail.com" i counl't select "none" , it was none existing .

Then i used another email ending with "gmail.com" and then , the "none" appear . So thx zimon ! Really helpfull
