I do not speak English, but I love the forum

I had problems with my iphone 5s, now I need to restore it and upgrade to ios 9.2, is there any way to restore without updating your ios? or some download for ios? by itunes takes a long longe long time (I do not know why)

Hold the button of volume while the screen is with the logo of Apple, right? because, I did this, but nothing changed

You have to hold it and keep it held in,it may take well over a minute

Hello,

iTunes restore is the only way for now.

But your issue might get solved if you boot into Safe Mode. Tried that? Then you can use Cydia Impactor which can restore your iDevice without upgrading iOS versions.

That is the problem! I restore I get errors with itunes
