Well i havent tried all my apps but im pretty sure this is the only one.

And an annoying thing about this game, it wont background so everytime i press the HOME key i have to restart the game...

Any way to fix this?

Are you sure you have enough RAM to handle both the Cheat Engine and the app running at the same time?

 

From your profile information, you have selected an iPad 2. It's quite outdated and has 512MBs of RAM which may struggle keeping multiple processes running at the same time.

The game will not run unless you are connected to their servers via wifi or data. Even using game killer on android equal the same results.
