Is there a way to make IDA hacks with windows and not hack a jailbreak?

Yeah u can use IDA for Windows and yeah u can make a binary hack and sign IPA then install it like any other app but takes lots of time

possible to make a tweak from the offsets in ida?

That won't work for non-jailbreak

theres no alternitive to lldb and gbd for no jailbreak
