Help/Support Cheat doesnt start up, help please

After downloading runestory 1.0.31 cheat. Replaces binary file and set to 777 then installed the deb file. Game starts up normally with no cheat activated. Usually the creator of the cheat box comes when start up.

 

Does anyone have any knowledge of what's going on and can assist me? Thank you.
