I think that app is server sided mate, you will easily get banned.

 

Here's what I use

Just make around 2 instagram accts (third account is your actual instagram). The coins you will earn from the 2 accts can be used for the actual IG to gain followers. It may take a little time but if you do it for 3-4 days you will earn around 1k - 1500 followers or even more.

Ok I got that app on my phone too but there are some hacks for that in flex too so do you maybe know which one COULD work?
