No tweak can fix this coz the note the Udid and even if you use Udid faker it's not that accurate and their server knows it that it's your device ,

I once got this error and if m not wrong then I had to restore my device after putting it in DFU and then when iTunes gives the option for either restore from backup or setup a new device , I did that and vohla I made twenty more accounts ! But buddy I did this somewhere around ten months ago so why don't you try your luck coz that's all you can dooooo mister reached account limit ヅ Τά̯͡к̲є̲cά̯͡яє̲ !
