Help/Support iOS 9.0.2 Can't downgrade Cydia Substrate from 0.9.6110 to 0.9.6011.

After downgrading Cydia Substrate from 0.9.6110 to 0.9.6011 cydia doesnt open. 

EDIT:  I fixed the crashes by booting into the process that disables all the Substrate-based tweaks and upgraded back and that fixed cydia. But I want to use a hack and I need 0.9.6011. Any help?

That doesn't require downgrading Cydia Substrate from what I know.

Maybe it does, but I doubt it for some reason. Do you get the popup in-game?
