To get out of the Apple Logo follow this:

Power down your iPad Completely (Hold Home + power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down). Then while the phone is completely off, hold the Volume UP button (+) and press the power button to turn on your iPad while still holding the volume up button. Hold the Volume up button until it boots into SpringBoard but let go of the power button as soon as the Apple logo appears.

This boots your iPad into Safe Mode where all Cydia Substrate tweaks are disabled. Uninstall the latest Cydia Package you installed and reboot your phone.

what if i restore my ipod on itunes will it delete Cydia>

Open your PC, Hold the HOME butten and put the kable into your IDevice. after doing that Simply restore your iDevice and it should work again, after its restored just play a last back u of yours on it and everything should be like before.

Nobody is telling you to hold the home button...

 

FORGET THE HOME BUTTON. Just hold the volume up button while turning your iPhone on.
