how do i download from github ?

Just make a new file called substrate.h and copy all of the text from the one on GitHub and paste it onto yours

how do i download from github ?

If you're on your PC right now, look for substrate.h and make a copy of it. Then, copy and paste the one from github to the the other version.

still the same error
