Yeah, I've made my theory on why that happens

 

The link when posted includes the password in it after a hashtag but for some reason Safari excludes the text after the hashtag so it leaves the link without a password. 

 

To prevent this, you either try another browser, download from PC or enter the password manually when asked because you're able to see it from the link posted here.
