Help/Support blacklisted ?

I recently checked on a website to see if my IP was blacklisted because none of my online purchases were going through and EVERY website i went to, I was asked to choose a pic of something to verify. How do i fix this problem?

no it wasnt. none of my online orders go through and most of any website i visit, i have to verify through pics

i might add that, im on an android phone when all tjis happens. i looked on

www.whats myipaddress.com/blacklisted and it says it is blacklisted. if i use my laptop, everythig is fine. It's just easier and more convenient using my phone.

What if you go on Incognito mode? I don't really know if it works, but worth a shot?
