Help/Support DNS codes for games like clash of clans?

Ok... So I've tried to connect to several different modded servers using DNS for clash of clans. Pretty sure all the ones I tried were up to date and online, however when I change my DNS on my wifi, I load up clash of clans and it is stuck on the loading screen. The servers work for other people (seriously, I used one uploaded 10 minutes ago) but none of them worked for me. I tried changing the DNS code on static, DHCP, yet there is no luck. I even tried it on another device which is new and non-jailbroken, no luck there either. Any help?

With a jailbreak you can use iFile to edit the hosts file and add the servers that way.

That's the only way it worked for me.

Forgot to mention... I tried that too... same loading screen error 

But anyway, when were you able to do it and what code was it? Does it still work?

Make sure you are putting it like this in hosts file:

xxx.xxx.xxx.x game.clashofclans.net (click the return button here, this will make a blank space underneath it)

 

Try this site for servers: HERE

 

and this site: HERE (choose the white/left/ucs side, then click forum and then scroll to public servers)

Sorry... No luck. Login failed, as always. Is it patched? Or... is there a step I'm missing? e.g. deleting clash of clans data, logging out of gamecentre...?

try reinstalling clash of clans, and do not open it up when you download it? that's all I can think of

Make sure that server is up and online.

 

 

Other thought is that the CoC have been updated and it doesn't have new hero etc. That might be #1 reason that it doesn't work
