try turning off photo backups from icloud

try changing the 100M to 50-75M

Look for private>var>mobile>media>DCIM>100APPLE

when terminal is done searching files, post a screenshot for further assistance.

I have deleted Cydia substrate and this fixed it thanks for the help guys
