Just looking around in Flex, I got to the point that if you used LocaliAPStore on the upgrade option, it would just give an error saying it was already purchased but I don't think there was anything else I could get out of that

i did use flex  i was able to unlock it bit but now facing some problem its available on flex with ecentral : ahmad . But im doing something wrong .
