I've been wondering if there is a possible way to post your tweak and patchers from phone I've been doing it with computer but I'm gonna be gone for a few days

I'm failing to understand what you mean. Post what from your phone and to where? what?

Alternative way:

Use Filza File Manager

Go to Settings

Look for "Cloud storage" then tap on Accounts

You can upload from there by copying and pasting from Documents to the "Cloud Account"

 

Or iFIle since it is similar to Filza File Manager
