Help/Support Cannot sign into Apple through app

I’m not sure what to fix, but I get an error message every time I try to sign into Apple through last day on earth. What is the fix for this?

How are you loading it?  Sideloadly?

I think so. It’s through the e-sign app

The certificate you are signing with on Esign must have the Sign in with Apple entitlement, which I know that iOSGods signing has that entitlement and one certificate company has that right too.  Enterprise (free) certificates are usually configured who knows which way... and if you're using a budget certificate, maybe contact them.

I too am having an issue using my Apple ID and playing on my Apple account I sign in but it’s a new game so no progress is adding and all progress I make will be taken away
