Help/Support Downloading speed horribly slow over 3G??

Im a 3G user,when I try to downlaod any file (including apps from store,downloading videos from different downloaders) I only get downloading speed below 500 kb/s.

I know its not the speed that my network providing,when I switch my sim to my Android phone than I get downloading speed more than 3MB/sec.

Is Apple restricted speed over 3G or something like that?? Please tell me how can I get full speed on Cellular?

(Everything becomes fine on Wifi)

Half a MB on 3G isn't really that bad. if you want maximum speed get 4G LTE, there's really no other way to boost your carrier speed.

It's because it's 3G. It shouldn't be super fast, only really useful for browsing the Internet not downloading tbh
