I updat some tols then I rest then cydia not open

what tweak did you install?

does it have a preferences on settings?

Do this:

1. go to iFile or Filza File Manager (iFile recommended)

 

2. go to /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries

 

3. locate the tweak you have installed and delete it

 

IF IT HAS PREFERENCES ON SETTINGS CONTINUE HERE IF IT DOES NOT HAVE YOUR DONE AND JUST RESPRING YOUR PHONE AND GO TO CYDIA.

 

4. then go to /Library/PreferenceBundles

 

5. and locate the tweak and delete it (if the tweak is not in there its fine.)

 

6. then go to /Library/PreferenceLoader

 

7. and locate the tweak and delete it

 

THEN RESPRING.

1. Power off your iDevice

2. Turn it on and hold Volume Button UP with the home button at the same time.

 

Wait until you boot into the phone.

 

Your phone's background is black and you are able to enter passcode. Go in, launch cydia and DELETE what you updated last. Or simply downgrade it.

 

if you can't follow these instructions, backup and restore your iDevice - because from your comments I can tell you did not install Apple File Conduit 2 either.
