I didn't exactly know where to post/ ask this question but I was interested in , let's take Mamosa, El barto and old boy ( they all make the Simpsons tapped out menus for in game ) how they do all the mod stuff, like what was the process for them to get the menus online and the modding stuff?. Don't worry I'm not planning on using the info to make a hack myself I'm the sort of person who is more interested In the behind the scenes sort of stuff... If that makes sense

Oh okay, Where would they go about getting the servers from because they have a premium hack that you obviously have to pay for and they say the money goes towards keeping the servers up and running?

You can rent servers online. And you can find non-expensive ones too.
