What iOS version are you on exactly, and do other hacks work? Did you upgrade Cydia Substrate?

I dint upgrade my cydia substrate but now i did, my version is 7.1.2

No one hasn't helped me yet :l

Guys i figured it out i just had to remove cydia substrate then it reinstalls by itself then all the tweaks worked

That's good. The newer version of Cydia Substrate is not that stable on older iOS versions.
