You would remove them from /var/mobile/Documents/Cracked if Clutch.

 

Or if Rasticrac, /var/root/Documents/Cracked.

If I'm not mistaken, it probably means your system partition is full/almost full. With that said, the only way to free up space there is to remove stuff from Cydia (Tweaks, Sources)

Did you remove files from iFile?

because you need to remove it from the trash too

did you check everything in iCleaner ?

do you have a lot of tweaks?

do you have a tweak record the screen?

be sure you remove the videos there
