Help/Support Jurassic World Alive trouble connecting server

Hi,

I just purchased the App+ and downloaded Jurassic World Alive game. When I try to load the game it keep saying trouble connecting to our servers.

Please help.

Hello,

Please try custom installing the app and follow best practices linked on the page. Usually all is set so you can just click install.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I installed the game from the IoSGods app by clicking on the install button and following the instructions.

Hi Support,

I managed to install the game using the Custom Duplicate Install, but it only works if I also install the original version from the App Store. Somehow my data in the game is not in sync with the App Store version.

Also, as of today, Feb 3rd, I can't load the IOSGods version; it said there is a new update for this game from the App Store. Please advise: do I need to wait for an update from IOSGods?

I’ve tried everything as well regarding install, and I keep getting the unable to connect to servers prompt when the game is trying to load. This has been an issue for well over a month, what’s a fix for it. As this game is the only reason I pay for services through anyone.
